Cathode Deposition

OTB Display developed a fast cathode process for the deposition of Barium and Aluminium.

The cathode dual-layer of the display provides hole injection (barium layer) and current transport (aluminum) for optimal performance of the OLED display. The layers are sequentially deposited in a single vacuum chamber using multi-wire evaporation.
