Linear Motor System
OTB Display's linear motor system (LMS) is a unique patented magnetic carrier transport system. It is designed for in-line vacuum and non-vacuum substrate transport.
The modular design of the LMS in combination with a compact load-lock and masking mechanism allows unlimited combinations of vacuum and non-vacuum processes.
The LMS in combination with ultra-fast deposition sources forms the basis of the in-line production lines for OLED displays.
