For low cost Polymer OLED displays inkjet printing is the method of choice for deposition of the active polymer layers.

OTB Display's production equipment integrates substrate cleaning and surface treatment, with inkjet printing systems for high resolution patterning of PEDOT and RGB light emitting polymers (LEPs). The inkjet printing systems feature high material efficiency and enable fast change of production from one display design to another.
