SMOCAP System

OTB Display provides fully in-line integrated production lines for the manufacturing of Small Molecule OLED displays (SMOLED). The SMOCAP production lines address the need for low cost manufacturing of full color active and passive matrix SMOLED displays.

The fully automated production lines combine dedicated Vacuum Transport Systems with optimized processes which include in-line Small Molecule Deposition, Cathode Deposition and Thin Film Encapsulation. This results in a high up-time and yield, minimized operator requirement and most important, a low total cost of ownership.

The flexible approach
The equipment configuration is based on OTB Display’s building block technology. This way, customers can easily switch or add processes to fit their changing requirements. The ultimate flexibility is enabled by the possibility to use variable glass sizes within the same equipment with a minimum of switching time.

Turn-key solutions
Next to the equipment, OTB Display is able to support customer in all phases up to and including mass production. This support includes amongst others the complete design of the SMOLED displays and related process settings, low-volume sample supply and characterization, and the installation and ramp-up support to rapidly move to mass production.
