PCAP Series

OTB Display provides in-line integrated production lines for the manufacturing of Polymer OLED displays (PLED). The PCAP production lines address the need for low cost manufacturing of full color active and passive matrix PLED displays.

One fully automated production line
PCAP systemThe fully automated production lines combine dedicated Vacuum Transport Systems with optimized processes which include in-line Inkjet Printing of PEDOT and LEPs, Cathode Deposition and Thin Film Encapsulation. This results in a high up-time and yield, minimized operator requirement and most important, a low total cost of ownership.

The flexible approach
The equipment configuration is based on OTB Display’s building block technology. This way, customers can easily switch or add process modules to fit their changing requirements. The ultimate flexibility is enabled by the possibility to use variable glass sizes within the same equipment with a minimum of switching time.

Turn-key solutions
Next to the equipment, OTB Display is able to support customer in all phases up to and including mass production. This support includes amongst others the complete design of the PLED displays and related process settings, low-volume sample supply and characterization, and the installation and ramp-up support to rapidly move to mass production.
