History

OTB has been active in the field of displays for over 5 years, developing equipment and processes for in-line production of OLED displays.

Through the acquisition of Philips PolyLED in 2005, OTB Display has also acquired all the know-how necessary to support its customers in areas such as new display designs and material evaluation and co-development.

Additionally the co-development of a high efficiency Small molecule deposition source together with Kodak has further expanded OTB Display's unique offering into the OLED market.

  • 2000 - Start feasibility in-line production line for Polymer OLED (Building of test tool for cathode deposition and thin film encapsulation.)
  • 2003 - Contract with Innoled for first in-line Polymer OLED production line

  • 2006 - Joint development agreement with Kodak
