Today’s challenge for the display industry is to rapidly capture the growing market for displays that are thinner, cheaper, require less power and have better viewing capabilities. OTB Display enables its customers to get a head start by delivering turn-key in-line OLED production equipment.

Fully automated OLED production equipment

OTB Display offers state-of-the-art in-line integrated equipment for the production of full color OLED displays. The equipment features high yield and up-time numbers, and can be controlled by a minimum of operators. Together with material efficient deposition processes of both Polymer and Small molecule OLED materials combined with thin film encapsulation the production equipment ensure a low total cost of ownership.

A turn-key solution

OTB Display not only provides the production equipment, but also all support needed in the phases up to and including mass production. Depending on customers requirements, this support can include new OLED display designs and related process settings, low-volume sample supply and characterization, and installation and ramp-up assistance. This way, customers with limited know-how are enabled to rapidly ramp-up to high volumes and enter the emerging OLED display market.
